The article says the police were simultaneously pursuing 5 stolen cars from that dealership and that the fatal accident came from a coll ision with another one of those stolen vehicles. Everything about this story is just so sad.

Sounds like someone has organized a youth car theft ring. Probably some scum bag who would rather put a kid at risk than go back to jail. Tra gic ending to this chase, so sorry for these kids and their family and friends.
